Please contact GIS Services within the IS Unit by calling 218-283-1172. The blue E911 address sign markers were initially provided to all residential parcels in the county in 2008 as part of an E911 signing project. An ordinance was also passed in 2008 requiring that property owners must apply and pay for the assignment of an E911 for any new improvements on their parcel. The application can be found on this website by clicking the link below. The 2015 fee schedule has set the fee at $100.
