SPECIAL MEETING OF THE KOOCHICHING COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Held on Monday, June 17, 2002; 10:10 a.m.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners McBride, Lepper, Hanson, Chezick, Pavleck

MEMBERS ABSENT: None

OTHERS ATTENDING: Dennis Hummitzsch

The Board Chair opened the meeting with a proposed agenda to conduct a performance review with the Land Commissioner and hold a committee session to establish the hiring process for the Interim KCCS Administrator. The Board approved the agenda as proposed.

With the Land Commissioner’s concurrence, the Board closed session at 10:12 a.m. to conduct a performance review. The Board Chair opened the session at 11:30 a.m. Resulted in satisfactory performance with improvement in certain areas and with a follow-up review in three months.

The Coordinator will provide each Board member copies of the seven applications for the Interim KCCS Administrator position and a thirty point scoring sheet to screen applicants for the position. On Tuesday, June 25th the Board will decide the number of qualified applicants to interview for the job and a date to schedule interviews.

The Board Chair adjourned the meeting at 12:00 p.m.
