2002/06-14 Motion by Hanson, seconded by Pavleck to approve the agenda with additions and deletions. Voting yes: McBride, Lepper, Hanson, Chezick, Pavleck. Motion carried.

000 The Board Chair recessed the meeting at 9:55 a.m. and reconvened at 11:03 a.m.

2002/06-15 Motion by Pavleck, seconded by Lepper authorizing Chair to sign a Settlement Agreement between Koochiching County and Barbara J. West and Darrell R. Knuffke, and asking each Commissioner to individually sign the Agreement. Voting yes: McBride, Hanson, Pavleck, Lepper, Chezick. Motion carried.

2002/06-16 Motion by Pavleck, seconded by Lepper to adjourn the meeting at 11:06 a.m. Voting yes: McBride, Hanson, Pavleck, Lepper, Chezick. Motion carried.
