2001 BOARD OF EQUALIZATION MEETING
Held on Friday, June 29, 2001; 9:30 a.m.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Hanson, McBride, Lepper, Chezick, Pavleck

MEMBERS ABSENT: None

OTHERS ATTENDING: Assessor Jim Kalstad and Assistant Assessor Marty Cody

The Board Chair reconvened the 2001 Board of Equalization at 9:30 a.m. The Assessor informed the Board that there were no additional appointments made to see the Board and provided them a list of eleven properties for recommended change.

2001BOE/06-01 Motion by Pavleck, seconded by Chezick accepting the following recommended changes from the Assessor:

1. Steven Rinke Parcel # 07-82-03012 Increase Valuation By $7,800.00

2. Ilene Berg Parcel # 13-36-34000 Increase Valuation by $5,000.00

3. John Hartney Parcel # 22-50-00110 Decrease Valuation by $10,800.00

4. Sidney Nelson Parcel # 91-01-00210 Decrease Valuation by $3,400.00

5. Alan Knaeble Parcel # 91-50-13000 Change of Classification to Seasonal
Recreation

6. Gary Dunnell Parcel # 91-07-03010 Change of Classification to Agricultural
Farm

7. LeRoy Borg Parcel # 92-17-01080 Decrease Valuation By $9,500.00

8. Sharon Lutgen Parcel #92-06-42200 Decrease Valuation by $11,300.00

9. Earl Olson Parcel #92-07-95050 Increase Valuation by $3,400.00

10. Lois Milette Parcel #92-07-95030 Increase Valuation by $3,100.00

11. John Abley Parcel # 92-07-95010 Increase Valuation by $2,800.00.
