We are Nutrition Education Programs
- at the University of - Minnesota. We can have one of our
staff visit your home or call you to answer your questions.
Or we can set up a class for you and your friends on things
you'd
like to learn, such as food safety, food substitutions, quick
and healthy recipes,
food groups, nutrition labels, growing and canning your own
food you decide!

|
It's our goal to help you learn about -making and eating good
food for less money. It's a fact: the better we eat, the better
we feel, and the better we do. Thanks to our partnerships with
local and state agencies and the USDA, we can offer our services
at no charge to you.
